Why we like these:
This is just the stock. When it comes to quality, comfort, functionality, and price- the B5 Sopmod wins every time. We've been rocking an LMT SOPMOD stock for about 10 years now, and the SOPMOD buttstock design is just... peak performance. And while the LMT is amazing, the B5 is pretty much doing the same job for less than half the price.
The stock is rock solid, has an extremely comfortable cheek weld, QD mounts, and also comes with two water resistant storage compartments. We have kept all kinds of things in there over the years. Currently we use them to store spare CR123 batteries and a spare parts kit (springs, detents, firing pin, etc).
We also love that these come in ODG, because ODG is the best color.

B5 SOPMOD Stock
If you do your research, it won't take long to see that two stocks stand out when it comes to shouldering a carbine. This one, and the MAGPUL CTR (the latter being favored by those having to wear body armor for work). At the end of the day, this is the best out there for several reasons: 1. It's a copy of the legendary LMT SOPMOD stock, but half the price. 2. The cheek weld is excellent and comfortable; the unit is easy to shoulder. 3. It has a hilarious amount of storage for CR123 batteries. You can carry like 10 of the damn things. I've tried many stocks, and I agree that this is the best. Next I'll get the CTR because I have an excuse to do so: "Oh well if and when I actually have to wear my plate carrier, clearly I need the perfect stock for it!"
