RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
**Please note: all used and open box items on the "garage sale" page are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for returns, however items can be exchanged with the buyer paying return shipping fees.
SHIPPING
We ship within the United States exclusively. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY due to the types of products that we sell.
It is the buyer's responsibility to know your state's restrictions. Panther City Tactical LLC will follow all local state guidelines and restrictions when shipping products.
USPS Ground Advantage- This is our most economical option. USPS Ground typically delivers within 3-5 days of shipment. We offer flat rates for USPS shipping based on product weight.
Express Shipping- Either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2Day, up to our discretion. We choose the option that gets your package to you the fastest, not the cheapest. FedEx will only deliver in 2 days when shipped Monday - Thursday. FedEx does not deliver on Sunday, and will not ship out packages on Saturday. So if your order is placed on a Friday or Saturday, we will typically choose USPS Priority Mail for a better chance of getting your package to you sooner. We will also choose USPS Priority if the package is being delivered to a PO BOX.
Free Shipping- Free shipping is available on orders over $129. When the 'Free Shipping' option is selected, it is up to our discretion what shipping service we use. We will generally use the most economical option, but we try to ship out optics and higher priced items FedEx insured.
Reliability and shipping speed will always be our main priority. We do our best to get your order out the same day!
