RETURNS POLICY
**DUE TO THE HAZARDOUS NATURE OF SHIPING SPRAY PAINT, AND THE FACT THAT IT IS A CONSUMABLE PRODUCT, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SPRAY PAINT.**
**We do not accept returns on firearms once transfered to the buyer. If your firearm purchase is returned to us by your FFL for any reason, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.**
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to a change of mind about the purchase, and not due to an error on our end, we will refund your entire order once recieved, minus the original shipping fee paid.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SHIPPING
We ship within the United States exclusively. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY due to the types of products that we sell.
It is the buyer's responsibility to know your state's restrictions. Panther City Tactical LLC will follow all local state guidelines and restrictions when shipping products.
Standard Ground- We have moved from USPS to UPS and will typically ship UPS Ground or Ground Saver. This is on average 3-5 day delivery, but much more reliable than USPS. We may still choose USPS if the address is a PO Box, or for another reason that makes the most sense.
Express Shipping- We typically ship UPS 2-Day Air for Express orders, but may choose FedEx or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. We choose the option that gets your package to you the fastest, not the cheapest. UPS will only deliver in 2 days when shipped Monday - Thursday. UPS does not deliver on Sunday, and may or may not deliver on Saturday depending on location. So if your order is placed on a Friday, we may choose USPS Priority Mail for a better chance of getting your package to you sooner. We will also choose USPS Priority if the package is being delivered to a PO BOX. We do not ship on weekends.
Free Shipping- Free shipping is available on orders over $199. When the 'Free Shipping' option is selected, it is up to our discretion what shipping service we use. We will generally use the most economical option.
Reliability and shipping speed will always be our main priority. We do our best to get your order out the same day!
