Why we like these:
The H3 buffer is definitely on the heavier end of the spectrum. Heavier buffer weights will assist with felt recoil, as well as aid with feeding due to the increased mass. At 5.5oz, it has plenty of mass to help with overgassed rifles. We generally run this buffer weight with heavy buffer spring for overgassed and suppressed rifles.
