Whether you want one vertical, horizontal, or on an IFAK pouch, you should probably stage one somewhere on your belt. These are the VERTICAL TQ holders which help to save a little belt space, but it's all personal preference. The hook and loop velcro attachment is included so this is an all in one accessory.
