Why we like these:
**The quick test to know if you need to replace your gas rings: Extend your bolt all the way out from your carrier and stand it up bolt face down on a level surface. If the carrier collapses onto the bolt it's time for new gas rings. If the carrier stays put then you're fine.
This is a 4 pack just in case you bend your first gas ring trying to figure out how to install it, however you only need 3. Pro tip: slide the gas ring over the top of the bolt, don't try to go in from the side.
Gas rings will eventually wear out on your bolt. This is a cheap and easy way to give your BCG more life. This is for AR15 size bolts only.

Outerwild's gas rings are manufactured to Mil-Spec dimensions and fit all standard AR15 size bolts. Gas rings are considered a "wear" item and will need replacement on occasion, replace your worn out gas rings and increase reliability. Leaking gas can cause serious performance issues. Keep a few on hand to make sure your AR is running reliably! Three are required for each bolt.
